Weekly goals and streaks
How your weekly goal works, and how the Monday-anchored streak is calculated.

Your weekly goal
Your weekly goal is the number of workouts you're aiming to complete each week. It starts from the training frequency you set during onboarding, and you can see your progress toward it on the Train tab under This Week.
This Week progress
The Train tab shows a row of segments, one for each workout in your weekly goal, that fill in as you complete workouts. It's a quick way to see how close you are to hitting your target for the current week without digging into your history.
How streaks are calculated
Your week streak counts consecutive weeks where you hit your weekly goal, not just weeks where you logged something. Weeks are anchored to Monday, so a streak week runs Monday through Sunday. Falling short of your goal in a given week breaks the streak. The current, in-progress week is graced: it doesn't break your streak until the week actually ends, so you still have time to hit your goal before Sunday closes it out.
What counts toward your goal
Any completed workout counts toward your weekly goal, including logged activities like runs, walks, cycling, swimming, stairmaster sessions, and other cardio you log outside of lifting. They land in the same history as your lifts and count the same way. See Logging runs and other activities.
If you're running an active split, note that the split owns your weekly goal while it's active: activating a split sets your goal to match it, and deactivating restores whatever you had set manually. See The complete guide to splits in EVEX.
