How AI credits work

What credits are for

AI credits are what EVEX uses to meter usage of its AI-powered features. Every AI Coach message, AI Form Check analysis, and AI Body Assessment analysis draws from the same pool. Your plan determines how many credits you get: free accounts include a limited monthly allowance, and EVEX MAX unlocks higher AI usage across every feature.

Refunds

If a Form Check or Body Assessment analysis fails to complete, or Form Check can't detect a person in your video, the 5 credits it would have cost are refunded automatically. You don't need to contact support for this; it happens as part of the analysis flow.
